On our octy elegance 140 dsg 55 plate 44000 miles I am getting a noise when slacking off throttle, in the old day's this use to be back lash on worn gears so any idea what it is?. Otherwise it runs well.

Like a straight cut gear sound? My 57 VRS petrol does this in first gear. Was wondering myself.
