German On Display

Featured Replies

Hello all,

Just noticed today that when starting up, the display between the rev counter and speedo was briefly displaying something in german?

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Rob

Thanks for that. I'd guess it's nothing to really worry about, just one of those computer things. Hopefully..!

Its the GPS firing up, nothing to worry about.

it's saying that the satnav isn't working - or something like that - and is not uncommon at all. Sometimes it clears itself, but usually doesn't. To get rid of it, either turn off and restart - or hold in the button on the end of the indicator stalk until a menu appears, then use the button to scroll to the preferred option (top of the list I think) and press the button on the underside of the indicator stalk to select it. Job done - til next time...
