If the nail is in the centre of the tread then I think they can repair the tyre with a plug. If it's near the tyre wall they won't.

nail is right in the middle of the tread but the tyre might be damaged as i drove it and it was nearly flat.

Last time I needed a pair of tyres I got the price from My Tyres then got it price-matched at National Tyres. They matched them and added

i got 2 pilot exalto's for 200 fitted was a good deal.

but at the mileage i do i may go cheap next time
