The Ac light goes on, and nothing else.

I don't believe they checked the output temp (it was a cold day anyway) and anyway it took them a week to wait for the equipment needed to come in, - they said

has the pollen/air filter cabin been changed? my aircon was iffy then when I serviced it I replaced the pollen/cabin filter and its perfect now, they do need to be replaced during service as they get blocked with crud

Welcome to the site Rodtin, Strongly suggest you go back to your dealer who should be able to sort that out for you. One question though, does the windscreen blower/heater fan come on ok and then the aircon light comes on when you've got the fan blower going on level 2, and the temp control turned right down to cold?
