The Vrs

Featured Replies

hi all. picked up my vrs last week. doesnt have the black pack as it was built the week before but couldnt pick it up until i sold mine. will look into the getting the lights an grill at sometime hopefully. been quoted just over £270 for the parts. just wanted to say how happy i am with the car. really think the dark interior suits it well an the sat navc works excellent with the ipod. and the power!! i know some people on here like janner sy an others are probally used to more but really really impressed with it so far! had the exaust warning light come on the the other day about 5 minutes into my drive to work. ive read up on this an heard its a misfire. i did boot it an i reckon thats why it came on but if anyone knows anymore about it feel free to tell me :D will get some pics up this weekend hopefully.

Welcome dude.

I'm Guna be using laminx for my lights which is far cheaper than buying new lights. Also may have problem with the wiring being different.

Only time i got the light was in the first week of ownership when asking abit to much from a coldish engine. Never happened since.

Grats on the car, they really are a joy to own. As far as the ECS light coming on with a misfire it's likely to be down to the fuel.

Mine did it through the last half of a tank on 2 occasions that I filled it with tesco momentum. Since sticking with shell Vpower it's not done it.

The black grill surround you can buy for about £70 if your happy to fit it yourself :)
