Guys, just thought I would share this, fitted these in swmbos Golf today (they are the same fitment for the Octavia II) and I am very impressed, the light is pure white unlike many others I tried previously and for a fiver they are a real bargain.

The only critism is I had to slice a sliver off the side of each bulb to fit them in the holder, but tbh I think that was more that the holders where tight and I didn't want to prize them open......

I've blue tinted W5w side lights in my Octy - despite having blue tint they give off a very white light and look much better than the standard yellow ones.

Obviously these are slightly wider due to getting the LEDs together but at least they aren't going to drop out!

Quick and easy mod then.

I tried 3 different sets in my vRS but is wasn't until another member sourced an LED that were truely white, but they were nearly 13 quid. I thought I would gamble with a set off ebay for only £5, and the seller said if I wasn't happy I could return for a full refund, so it was a no lose situation, anyway pictures.....

Ive had both sets of mt L.E.D's from ultraleds very impressed I must say

I think the ones I purchased for the interior were about 20 quid all in and they really improve the look of the interior

thanks lad iv just ordered some of them side light bulbs...hate those yellow 1s they look so cheap, im trying to replace the 1s in the fogs too, ran into prblems trying to get the lil f**kers out tho....any help would be great. the screw behind the round plastic surround is just spinning and i know if i go to a dealer they will only fit whats in there allready.

The ones in that link aren't the same as either of the sets I have, both mine are 8 SMD. I will be ordering a couple more pairs for the interior and boot lights.
