Parrot CK3100 has knackered my stereo!

Featured Replies

Hi Peeps,

Wonder if someone can help.

I fitted a CK3100 Parrot kit today and have had a few problems. i go the kit to work and managed to get the unit back in even with the ISO adaptors however now the Aux function won't work and the cd changer doesn't work.

Has anyone else had this problem. What did you do to fix it as I would like to get back to listening to my IPOD :)

Thanks in advance.

Most ISO connectors don't pass through the multi changer cd so it may be the same for the aux. Check for 'missing' wires and just relocate the plug to the other connector.

Did you use the specific loom for your car?

I fitted a CK3200LS Colour to my MKI Superb and it was plug and play, the CD changer worked perfectly, I was not using the AUX however.

i have fitted both 3100 and 3200 in my two VRs's. you have to remove the aux/CD connector from the original loom plug (the one that was in the stereo) and fit it in the parrot loom adaptor that now plugs straight into the radio.

if the aux/cd plug is still in the original square connector it wont work as there is no pass though in the parrot loom.
