Octavia VRS Electrical Poltergeist !

Back on the Briskoda forum again after my last registration seemed to have dissapeared !

Anyway, driving down to a campsite in Shrewsbury yesterday and a rather bizarre thing happened, the radio volume turned itself up!! Not by much, just from 8 up to 10 but it did it on its own. There are no remote volume controls on my steering wheel that I know of (?!) and the missus noticed it as well as I had both hands on the steering wheel and she saw the volume go up on the display. The other strange thing is later when i looked at the time it had moved itself forward by over an hour !!

For your info it is a 2006 (55 plate) mk2 VRs with 68,000 miles on the clock and with a main dealer service history from new. I have owned it a year and a half now and think its probably the best car I have ever owned, although the Firebird I had in the USA when I worked there for a few years was a bit of a larf !!

Any ideas on what may have caused it or anyone else had anything similar happen?
