Need some help on getting new polishing cloths or pads.

I've not bought any cleaning stuff for over 5 years and need some advise on what to get as there are so meny different things out now.

Do I get :-

Foam applicators

Terry towels or

Lint free cloths

Or is there something else that I've not seen.

Would I be best off getting foam applicator pads?

Just get some foam applicators for a couple of quid off ebay
