hi have a strange wistle/howling noise

when you accelarate you can hear your turbo wistling i.e the usual turbo noise but when the turbo gets spinning fully and the car starts to pull theres a howling noise if you could imagine howling wind lol ive had the intercooler pipe seals changed but its still doing it?? any thoughts

I think mine does the same ever so slightly every now and again. Just assumed this was normal.

Did you get to the bottom of your issue?
