Hi all

I have a new Skoda superb with the columbus system.

My Samsung Galaxy S2 pairs nicely with the skoda at first attempt but then within a few hours the connection drops out is not recognized by the Skoda. When searching for the phone it gives an error message "No compatible phone found" and yet when I get in the car it sees my phone as david's galaxy s2.

The pairing also shows up in the phone.

The only way I can re-connect is to delete the pairing on the phone and restore to factory settings on the car then go through the whole process of pairing again.

I have made sure I have created a profile.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a fix?

Are you sure it's not your phone taking bluetooth down, power saving or something?

I had a similar problem. The advice from the tech guy at the dealer was to unplug the bletooth module (under front seat) for 5 minutes and then plug it back in.

It should reboot. I did mine with the ignition off and I have had no problems for about a week or so now.

Whats your Bluetooth Module Part Number? Got an Auto-Scan handy?
