WRC edition Octavia mk1

Featured Replies

Hi everyone. The WRC edition 12/100 is in Malta. I had it shipped here a year ago or so. I was told that the first owner was from Leeds than bought it off the 2nd one. The car is in good very condition and many people dont know what it is :)

Here we only have 2 Oct Vrs mk1, one black and the others mine. I need help in sourcing the numbered plaque thats fixed in the middle of the dashboard. The car was without it when purchased. Any ideas where to get hold of one?

Thanks.

is it still stickered up?

I dont know if its pos to get one.

pics would be good

Hi there

Not sure if you ever solved this problem-but I can tell you that I asked how much it would cost to replace the badge in my WRC as it is slightly chipped,I was told £800 :-(

I guess the reason for this is to discourage copying?

Cheers

sounds about right to me.

I wouldnt of just thought they would flog them as you say it would mean the WRC is not really LE as anyone could go get an ex cop car and put the number badge on it. Specially if someone didnt know 100% which cars were in this country ie LHD and RHD
