Any ideas or suggestions? i really dont want to have to go to a dealers, as they will violate the depths of my wallet :p

Is this part specific to a VRS or do other octavia ranges have the same tow hook and cover?

Might have to go to a scrappy, but they are few and far between near me, and the chances of a Mk1 VRS are slim,

Thanks for any help

Are you sure someone didnt nic it mate?

they dont just fall out.

I take it you mean the 2 side grills in the bumper?

They are only on the vRS/ vRS bumper as they are a diff shape mate. thoes inn the pic are milotec ones.

I would say they are like rocking horse poo too lol. Best bet is the dealer or even try Superskoda? might be a good excuse to get the milotec ones like them?

The front towing eye is behind the drivers side grille. So make sure you get the right one. They are easy to tell apart, as the drivers side one has an open mesh (for the intercooler), and the passenger side is closed off.

Scrap yard, ebay, car breaking in the for sale section on here, or dealer as last resort. You'll have to spray the centre section on it to match your car, as they are colour coded. But since it's such a small plastic part, you will be able to do it yourself. If not, you'll have to find a bodyshop that's willing to paint such a tiny item!
