Octavia Sport TDi

Featured Replies

I have owned my Limited Edition Ambiente Sport Octavia 2007 2.0 TDI 140 for a year now and i am over the moon with it, but there are few niggles that i am about to hopefully change.

The car is red but the plastic mouldings along the side on the doors are in black and i would like them colour co ordinated. Is it easy to remove the mouldings? i may look at them being professionally painted as i have no

confidence with painting! Can anyone advise me on how to remove the door mouldings and whether they have had experience in painting them?

Scot.

its easy enough done mate, any half decent bodyshop can, although I ordered a set of new VRS ones as they are a nicer fit (flusher) and easier to paint

Welcome to the forum mate!

+1 on the VRS trim as they are smooth already. Bodyshop will whip off yours, panel clean and mount the VRS ones once they've painted them. £100 + the mouldings?

Welcome to Briskoda, nice choice of car
