Anybody had a 2 litre TSI delivered yet?

Are all UK ones 4 pipes and hows is the MPG/Range?

Looking for a replacement for my 1.8 TSI Octy2 DSG L&K and 2 litre TSI Superb looks good on paper with the deals etc. Use to the engine in SWMBOs TSI VRS and like the idea of the extra rear space and 4 pipes of course.

Range over 500 miles? Though I suspect none one has had chance to loosen one up?

I have had my superb combo 2.0tsi for 2 months

Considerably more powerful than my previous 1.8tsi

Yes it has 4 tail pipes

Engine sweet and very fast

Average mpg to date is around 38--but could be better if I could restrain myself on the open road!!!!!

Gosh you must have ordered very quick after release or got a very quick biuld from the factory!

Skoda quote same acceleration for the 2 litre TSI Superb as the 1.8 TSI Octavia and that would be fine but the consumption worried me but 38 mpg on the computer would be around 500 miles and be acceptable as I often do 300 miles a day and filing up each day, when I borrow SWMBOs TSI VRS, is a pain but the 10% bigger tank would make a difference.

Four pipes standard not an options? I think it is an option in some countries but maybe standard in the UK!

Also has the hatch got the rear spoiler like the V6?

4 pipes are awesome on the back profile but I have not seen the boot spoiler for the Superb, is it a little boot upturn or a VRS style fin??

Sounding more and more like the Superb 2 litre TSI will replace my Octavia 1.8 TSI L&K DSG as although the acceleration to 60 is th same I imagine the roll-on would be better with the more hp and higher top speed.

What is the mph/1000 in 6th?

I assume the Skoda is the same engine and setup as the VW TSi?

Last week I had a Passat TSi on loan while my V6 Superb had a service. Bearing in mind that until a year ago my car was a Saab turbo so I am not being too unfair, the lag on the TSi was very noticable. Pull out to overtake and there was a real hesitation as I hit the throttle.

Any experience on the Skoda versions?

just a little upturn but enough to make the "ugly butt" better looking. used to be £100 but needed adhesive and painting.

I've handed over 2 Superb 2.0TSi Estates so far, got another 3 on the way.

They do indeed have the 4 pipes on the back and MPG on my customers car who lives in central London is 34mpg but it is still very new and just been crawling around town with very few motorway runs.

Ahhh shame was hoping it was a proper fin, would have thought the Octavia fin would not look right at all, hmmmm.

Really did not want an hearse but the rear of the saloon/hatch does need something more to offset it plainness.

Hi Guys, any nice pictures?
