cigarette lighter

Featured Replies

My 2010 break does not have light on the cigarette lighter, soo I went and got a universal lighter with green surrounding and put a LED ( high intensity and resister)

Soon will do light that glows in the cigarette deposite holder.

Well done Alberg :giggle:

Changed ashtray light to a white LED, way better but still ain´t excellent beacause the light is located to the side and does not spread out the light evenly.

How did you get power to the illuminated green ring on the lighter, whereby when you put lights on it lights the green ring

I'd be interested too - the kinda sealant stuff around my cig lighter is all flaking off - looks pretty tatty and was wondering of a way to clean it up.

This lighter is off a vw polo (2003/2004 model I think)

The orange surrounding has a small bulb that iluminates.

The lighter is straight fit but need to rewire. For the orange lighting I got the power from the door lock/unlock button
