Meth kills too. Not a good mix. :p

Back of the car is still pretty clean though.

Oh yes, and I meant to ask you what rims you have on the car Ross?

There off an Audi S3, don't know the exact name

Edit: Think they are called Ronal Avus

Looks good! Thought about doing the grille the same colour as the wheels?

Your vrs looks amazing!!!

Great pics! Love the way your car sits on those wheels (ros53y) makes me wanna not sell mine and get them on my car lol. S3 Avus alloys btw.

Yep trusty old Avus rims, heavy but you'll never buckle one..lol

Mine,

Thanks for all the comments. Audi S3 Avus alloys is correct. Can pick them up for around £100-£120 in rough condition with no tyres. I did think about painting the grille to match but I think id rather have it colour coded. The paint on my car is rubbish with flakey rusty rear arches because I believe a bad repair is worse than a little damage. I dont know who to trust painting my car. Was good to see your car BossFox. Looked really OEM, supprise element FTW!

Anybody thinking about getting S3 wheels, I strongly advise it as when going against my palls with thinner spiders etc you could really tell the difference in grip.

I think my best run was a 14.5 with strong head wind's. My fastest recorded was 14.15 at GTI International with a 0-60 time of 5.67 seconds.

Thank's again for the positive comment's. Negative comment's and tip's welcome also.

Ross.

Good pics Ross - photographer clearly has mad skills :giggle:

It was freezing on the grandstand with that headwind, which (as mentioned in the other thread by Richard) imo affected the times this morning....

Not quite sure about that TBH :giggle:

Back me dude! lol. Can't wait for the flamers telling me that my times are impossible again...

Was quite interesting to see the difference between my 200bhp 273ft/lb. VS xa0sx 220-240bhp 300-350ft/lb and the difference between xa0sx and BossFox.

Will the haters believe that you're still running a standard clutch & DMF.....on a hybrid!!! :o

One of the highlights of the day was you beating that Supra TT B)

Another was the dude pushing his (standard) CTR in the queue for the strip (to prevent it overheating) before posting 15.5 second times for each of his 3 runs :D - what a pro! :D

:rofl::rofl: Excellent.

Gutted I missed out, would have liked another go up the strip, since I was awful last time :wonder: Nice photo work Gareth  Glad you all had a laugh.

Matt
