What comes after VAT-free

Featured Replies

Any ideas what offers will replace the current VAT-free offer come 1 Oct?

Probably another VAT free offer !!!!!

didnt think anything replaced the vat free offer when it ended on diesel vrs or was it all diesels?

Easy! Back to the days when you haggled for your discount. The salesman will once again be getting his daily exercise going back and forth to to see his manager and telling you he can't go lower

:wonder: 5 Years unlimited mileage warranty B)

I already have that :D but 60k in first 3 years the extended 2 are unlimited ..... weird and with RAC too

What do you think the chances are that any two different people

will buy exactly the same car at exactly the same price?

I personally would like to see fixed price maintenance control re-introduced. ( 1945-1948?)

Whereby it would be illegal to sell a car at anything other than the manufacturer's published price.

Would this go a long way in stabilising the market and ensure a better deal for every one.

Is this a can of worms.
