While not strictly a "tuner or workshop" This seems the most logical place for a quick review of them. After hunting for the best price, www.rimstyle.com were cheapest and most helpful. I ordered my Pro race 3`s week before last for my fabia. After a few messages confirming sizes etc I ordered them. There was a short delay because of short stock at Team Dynamics, but I was kept fully up to date on the situation. The wheels arrived quicker than quoted, and I also got a call to let me know there were on there way. They were packaged excellently, arriving in perfect condition, with all the various bits needed to fit them.

Overall a great company to deal with, great guys, spot on service, cant recommend enough So if its wheels you need drop www.rimstyle.com a line and see what they can do for you.

Aha i know this thread is a few months old,but i've just ordered some wheels+tyres from rimstyle,never used them before so lets hope you're right.Last set i got from wheelbase and just happened to be searching the net and came across rimstyle.Got the same wheels 30 quid cheaper and they offer better tyre packages than wheelbase.

So i ordered my wheels on the 23rd and got them on the 1st June.The only phone call i got was the next morning after ordering them,we just did a stock check and the alloys you had chosen are not in stock,ok so i had already picked an alternative incase this would happen,tyres everything else was ok,we'll get right onto it and you'll have them early part of next week i was told,fine was ok with that.29th thought i would give these guys a call to see what was happening with order,we have only just sent them out for delivery because tyres were late coming in,oh but when i spoke to you last week i was told tyres were in stock,it was just an issue with the alloys which we sorted,must of been some misunderstanding about that,you should get them Thursday,and guess what happens no show of wheels on Thursday,calls them back to be told should of had them,give us a call Friday about 5pm if you haven't had them to arrange something,i suggested collecting them myself from parcel depot.At this point i'm starting to feel like i'm being p1ssed about,was not too happy over the tyre issue,if they had called me back and said we have a problem with getting the tyres,i would of picked an alternative.So with it now being Friday and bank holiday this weekend my fingers were crossed,all morning nothing no delivery,1pm still nothing,starting to feel anxious 1.45pm hooray thank feck for that had delivery

Things that could of been done better..

Be straight and honest with the customer,i don't feel i was to some extent over the tyres.

An email sent with a tracking number,so i can track the parcel myself would of been nice.

The website clearly states if a problem occurs with your order or its going to take longer than usual,we will contact you to explain and give you the choice to cancel or continue with order..To some extent that didn't happen..

Would i order from them again,not sure i'm 50\50 on it.If i did i'd make sure it was at least 2/3 weeks before any bank holiday/event etc.I thought ordering a week before would of been ample time,plus the fact i feel i was some what lied too on the tyres,maybe i'm being a bit unreasonable about that,but its left me with an uneasy feeling of trust.

Positives

Wheels arrived undamaged with nothing missing.

Was pleasant to talk too over the phone.

Gave advice on alloys if needed.

Didn't feel rushed in phone conversation..
