apart from milotec, superskoda,(they do a carbon one) does anyone know if you can buy a black kit?

Apparently they're discontinued so unless you're lucky enough to find a set in a dealer's store you're out of luck. Painting is one option which I think would look good. Otherwise as you say black Vinyl and give it a go.

It does transform the look of the car IMHO.
