Go for the FSI. More power (115hp), better consumption and slick response. Makes Lady Octavia even sexier in motion and sound!..

You'll need to use 98 RON (e.g. Shell Optimax) to get the best out of it.

I heard that the FSI has a bad response and the consuption is bigger :( .In some magazines i read that the 1.6 MPI is a better engine and less sofisticated.I am confused,on the paper the engine specs are better but on the road i heard it doesn`t deliver that power and torque :ashamed

The acceleration will depend on many factors, not just the torque...your best option is to actually try both cars, then decide which one you think drives better...
