Re above, cynical me, good idea, efficiecy drops off, use more fuel(sod the environment), government gains as we all pay more of the various taxes on fuel -NICE IDEA!!!!!!!

Of course, no need to drive to the higher limit+(10%) but we all know we will!?

I, for one, would stick with 65mph if I am not in a hurry. Fuel is way too expensive, driving fast is an extravagance nowadays, unless I am paid for my fuel!
