Nope, literally none, well that was how it was a year ago. Even now at 22 I'm heavily restricted, struggled to get a van last year too!

Depending on where you are in the uk Arnold Clark rent out dual control cars to learners so they may have a policy of renting to younger qualified drivers too.

I would however only reccomend AC for car hire and not sales.

23-24 in "standard" cars, higher for larger or more luxury cars

Shame its changed with europcar, i remember paying like £40 surcharge and could only choose from the lowest hire category so like Daewoo Matiz ot something !!!
