Front Suspension

Featured Replies

There is a small creak noise from the Front side of my Skoda Superb. Couple of years before I have spent loads on Individual Arms and now realise it would be cheaper to replace the whole front suspension.

I have seen the full Front suspension kit including bolts and nuts for around 130 pounds in Ebay. Has anyone bought it? If so how long does it take to Fit it. I am planning to take it to a garage to fit it as I don't have the relevant tools for it?

Does anyone know how many hours it take to fit the full front suspension?

Be careful buying replacement arms there is a lot of Chinese crap out there I have seen brand new joints failing the MOT (NCT) I would agree with your idea about changing the complete set at the one time but only if you buy quality--like genuine or I have found Febi joints to be very good one small warning though if you change the track rod ends remember there is raised toe on the superb same as passat check first as to who can do this as here in Ireland EVEN Skoda importers never heard of it and without it being done the car will wander all over the place and eat tyres regardless how accurate your alignment is.
