Hi, I hope someone can help!

The drivers door central locking only works when using the key in the drivers door lock. :(

All the other doors & the boot work with both the remote fob or using the key in the drivers door, I have checked for water ingress at the A piller drivers side footwell, replaced the drivers door wiring loom and cleaned the pins on both the control unit and plug inside the drivers door and it still does not work.

I have noticed that the illuminated door open sign on the dash doesn't come on when I open the front doors, only the rear doors & boot. The interior light doesn't come on either when the front doors are opened from inside.The red LED doesn't seem to work and I have recently noticed that the front doors don't lock/unlock while driving.

Anyone got any Idears!

Central convenience module is probs knackered.

It's in the drivers door and gets wet...

ccu is not in the drivers door

the window regulator and connector that causes all teh trouble is in the drivers door

if the problem is left to linger the ccu can get damaged - it is behind dash under steering wheel

final issues could be drivers door loom is faulty

you just need to eliminate them one by one
