I've checked the thread about which oils to use in the Fabia vrs diesel, but I just want to double check on this one as it's designed for cars fitted with DPF's.

It says approved 504 00 / 507 00.

So will Mobil 1 ESP Formula Fully Synthetic be ok to put in the mk1 Fabia vrs??

I wouldn't drive Mobil oil in the engine. I tried it and sound was a bit harsh and odd while idling... Now I've been testing between Kendall's oil and LiquiMoly Longlife III oils, both work much better than Mobil. I wouldn't recommend Mobil oils to anyone, instead, use Castrol, Kendall or LiquiMoly. Here in finland Mobil didn't stay in the motor and begun leaking after 40 000km. After changing oil brand leakage died and oil has been in the right side of the engine. Plus when running in winter (below -10°C) Mobil wasn't any good...

And when driving the engine hot the oil pressude drops dramatically even with new oils. Idle oil pressure with new oil and filter: Mobil gave 0,5bar in the head; Kendall gave 1,1bar, LiquiMoly gave 1,0bar. Tells a lot of oil quality...
