Hi all,

Im sure a question which has been asked and covered many times before. How best do I clean the seats in my Octavia?

I ave tried searching but found little if any results for the Octavia, they are all fabia related and I know the seat material is different.

I have in the past cleaned the Fabia vRS seats with Autoglym and similar products and they have worked well.

Over the past two days I have been trying to clean the Octy seats too but to no avail, I have even tried vanish carpet cleaner.

Does anyone have any proven reccommedations?

Im not entirely sure what they are, I assume they are water marks. I take it just a convential steam cleaner?

Did you get this fixed VRSSETS ?

A VAX or similar cleaner with a hand tool will work fine.

Best results to get those marks out would be the use of a Steam Cleaner and a Wet and Dry Vac, this would take some time and multiple hits but it would be possible to remove those marks.........:yes:

Vanish carpet mouse/foam don't be scared to use too much. Firstly soak seats with foam and gently massage into fabric with clean sponge. Leave for five mins. Then using a clean sponge and some warm water wipe seats to remove stains and water marks. Be careful not to rub too hard as it's easy to destroy stitching where cloth joins leather! Leave to dry for as long as it takes. Obviously drying time will be longer in winter months. Cheap and easy to do and interior smells great afterwards.
