Before I start, I have searched and found a million different topics but thought I would ask anyway.

Rear passenger side door is now intermittently not locking/unlocking with the rest of the car. Looks like it tries to move but fails, like there is too much resistance.

So questions....

Is there a "how to" anywhere on stripping the door down?

Is it likely just dirty/needs a clean? or is it more likely one of the hundreds of faults these door mechanisms seem to get(from reading various threads)

What is the most common central locking problem with these units?
