Locking mechanism 'out of character' behaviours

Two things have started happening in the last week or so, again. One is when I lock my vehicle via the mechanism on the door console the front passenger lock clicks back up after the other three have locked and secondly the remote locking has started after a few years again, no idea what I have done but it hasn't done it in years, basically if I do not hit the lock on my keyfob it stays open. Now it appears to be locking all four doors within a minute or so, probably quicker- I know this as I placed my keys in the boot whilst unloading the shopping closed the boot door and 'CLICK' Hmm :wonder:
