...for improving bass on the Octavia?

I saw something simillar a few years ago at the UK motorshow, looks like the same thing. That one was not a speaker as such, but more like a big vibrating bar that resonates. That one sounded ok to me. Cant speak for that one though.

depends on your definition of bass?

it wont shake the car.. but will improv std quality

i tried the bigger (smaller as model number) brother of the clarion the SV202. with or without it makes no difference, when it's placed in the boot. i'm looking for something that produces clean deep bass, but not which could be too anoying for anyone outside the car.

the latest setup that has been suggested to me was 12" DLS Reference Series and a lightning Audio 150rms amp.

Should be enough... but i'm still thinking about it....

that will defo move some air... would imagine 6x9 and better head unit would be better than the under seat tiddlers.
