Hi according to ETKA the parts software the regulators are different part numbers for manual and electric windows. However saying that I'm sure that we use to fit conversion kits to fabia from manual to elactric. There used to be a small shaft that you couild remove which is the shaft the window winder handle connects to. This is held on by some screws so I would see if you have this set up and if you are able to remove this shaft. If you can then there will be a good chance it will fit but I've not seen much success with fitting these sort of kits on previous repairs.
