May be easier to get a donor mirror off the polo etc with the indicate built in, re-wire the indicator and blank off the existing one.

Dunno if any fit directly.

Good place to start would 9N3 though as it's the same chassis. The shape of them may not suit the Fabia though.

I think it would be harder to get them mirrors to fit the fabia than to mold them indicators into current mirrors.
