Recently started driving my 2004 superb 1.9tdi 130bhp again,and was wondering is there anything i should get done to the car seen as its been off the road for so long.

Wash it.

I would probably fill the tank to the brim to dilute down the old fuel. Don't know of its needed though.

If it's been stood outside then clear the blocked plenum chamber and remove the grommets.

Thinking about it do it anyway, BEFORE you get the water ingress issue.
