Ive got a 06 fabia vrs engine code blt with hybrid turbo and seat sport fmic but wenever i get to about 80mph the car cuts off like sum sort of safe mode and its like the turbo stops working.Has anyone got any ideas whats wrong?

Sounds like its going into limp mode to protect the turbo from damage, over boosting maybe?

a friend of mine had the same problem on his 90bhp tdi golf but it was happening at about 80km/h for him. the problem was the turbo, it was too dirty. he then got it cleaned and was fine again. hope it helped

Get it scanned with VCDS, but I imagine its protecting itself after sensing overboost. Who did the mapping?
