Would the claimed effect (less understeer on turn-in, neutral mid-corner handling, more of a RWD feel on exit) be worth it?

Since changing over from the Subaru I had to change my driving style to adapt to the Octavia's initial understeering character and the fact that you have to "trust" the Haldex coming in somewhere into the corner instead of AWD just being there and feeling it work all the way, from turn-in to exit. I have adjusted to it but I like the Scooby-style handling better, so...

It looks like it should work really well, especially the second one. Sorry never tried it though :(
