More leaks than the titanic

Featured Replies

Changed my lower engine rear bush today, nice little mod, stops the engline flapping about. But while I had the under tray off I had a nosey around and noticed pretty much every intercooler connector has a oil drip/patch. Looks like im going to have to change the hoses in the engine bay aswell because they are leaking too :giggle:

What couplings are used underneath? Are they the same as the connecter by the egr?

Im going to fit a catch tank aswell, bit worried about all the oil floating around the intercooler, probably blocked up too

Mines really clogged up with Oil today aswell, gave it all a good clean.. Was crazy how much there was. Guess ill check it again in a few months and see what happens. By the way, is the engine mount any good? Been considering doing mine.

Yep, tis good. Easy job, you can just force push the new bush in the dog bone, hardest thing was to get the old one out but even that wasnt too difficult

You do get additional vibrations through the steering wheel and chassis whilst Idling but no biggie, Engine feels refined, power seems more direct, I'd say its a must if you have/plan a remap. Its only £40 so you might aswell go and change it
