I'm in the process of installing a new CD/MP3 player, front speakers work fine. But no sound from the rear speakers!

Checked in the back and the speakers are in the trim against the rear side windows, just behind the rear seats - But wires have been cut!

Is there anywhere in the back that the speakers should plug into i.e into the loom?

I'm pretty sure the wires run right to the head unit inside one of those nicely taped up bundles each side.

Why would you cut the wires The speakers have plugs on them if you want to disconnect them!!

I didn't cut the wires or speakers I think the previous owner had some sort of sound system in that when they removed it just cutaway the wires ! Hence the reason for me fitting a new system.
