Boost leak code - lower turbo pipe?

I had EML come on the other week, local garage said a turbo pipe was being pushed of, and that they'd secure it back on, EML is on again, so I'm thinking it's time to replace it (and check the other hoses), is this the lower one?

Anyone else had to replace this?

Anyone have the part number for it (I think a newer one replaces this old one above?) (I'm not clambering under there at work to look! lol)
