Gross oversimplification there, I think. A powerful RWD car with either something on the road or even a few pounds down in one rear tyre and that can happen to anyone.

some fool on my road recently took out the lamppost outside my house losing control of his corvette z06 in exactly the same manner accelerating too hard on a very slight bend
