Car won't start.

Hi!

The car concerned is a 2005, 1.6 Octavia.

The problem is that the car will start for some 2 seconds or so and then shuts off.

Besides that the blinkers are not making the click sound, the electrical windows are not working, the high beams are not working, the rear parking sensors are making only a long beep and are not working, the battery light on the instrument cluster is not lit when I turn on the ignition, the stereo is not making any sounds and the multidot screen on the instrument cluster is not showing that a door is open (when I open one).

Its a big list and i hope I didnt forget anything.

Anyway I hope you guys could guide me to check something before I take the car to the stealership
