I have one that fits a rapid (It's not for sale!) from autoplas.

As I beleive these are quite rare I was wondering what the process would be to take a mould of it so others could be made.

Does anyone know the most cost effective way of doing this?

If it is possible and cost effective it would enable me to get a spare made and perhaps others would benefit.

I'm not sure on the process, perhaps go and speak to an GRP manufacture. Would be interested in a re-pro though! I got one from CZ about 10 years ago but it was rubbish - it was about 2cm too small to fit the rear screen!
