I've had a Columbus fitted to my Octavia for a couple of months and I'm happy with it in most respects. Since it was fitted (it replaced an MFD2) the Maxidot display has only shown basic trip computer functions, and no longer shows navigation or audio details. Also, I believe that, as the Columbus is out of a Superb, there are some settings only accessible through VCDS that can optimise the unit for the Octavia. It sounds really shrill at the moment.

Is there anyone around Gloucester who could help?
