Tomtom easyport mounting options

Featured Replies

Got a Tomtom XXL IQ routes. Usually place in centre of windscreen at bottom, but this is a bit far for me to reach as I have the seat all the way back. Have looked at the air vent mounts, but concerned of potential damage to air vents. Have also seen these beanbag things which sit on the dash, and plastic things which stick to the dash upon which you place the usual suction mount.

Just looking for ideas on how and/or where others mount theirs. Guessing whatever is done it's probably best to look for a way to hard wire it in.

TIA B)

I've had Brodit Pro Clips in my cars for years, work a treat for mobiles but never considered one for a TomTom (which I use more or less daily)

Use the windscreen sucker with the new style EasyPort mount in my C5, but I'm nearer the windscreen than you by the sound of things! :)

Got a Navmat bean bag in my Fabia which is a wonderfully simple device, and works very well. Recommended.
