Bootliners

Featured Replies

There was a thread on this a while back.

Hatchbag have just (finally) added the Superb Estate to their list of custom fitted liners.

I've ordered one and hope to get it before Xmas, though might be a bit optimistic.

SHMBD will be pleased - it'll hopefully stop me moaning about the dog going in the car.

Will let people know how it is once I get it.

Typical - I ordered a 'Towequipe' one yesterday! It'll take about 18 working days to deliver and it's slightly cheaper than the Hatchbag but I'll update with comments when it arrives.

The Carbox liner sold by roofbox.co.uk is a good choice, but only if you specified your Superb Combi with the optional Variable Load Floor. I bought one for my Greenline Combi and discovered it doesn't fit!

Alternatively, the Skoda plastic boot dish designed for the Twin door fits the Combi, but leaves a small (but acceptable) gap at the front edges.

I'm looking for some more feedback on bootliners. Specifically I need something quick and easy to fit with the seats down to look after a mountain bike that will end up very muddy. I've got a tarp at the moment which does an OK job but I need something a bit better that will offer more protection around the seat area.

Had a Hatchbag liner in the back of a previous Mondeo estate, was a great addition to the car, protected the boot extremely well from our 3 muddy Springers!!!

I will be ordering another one shortly so that it is ready and waiting to be fitted when the Superb arrives (hopefully late September!)

The hatch bag looks a bit of a faff to fit. I may end up using it a couple of times a week so need something easy to pop in and out. Perhaps I'll stick with the tarp plus a protector for the bumper when I'm loading and unloading.
