Leather seats in 4x4

Featured Replies

I'm getting round to thinking about changing my 2001 L&K 1.8T 4x4 estate but am disappointed to find that the New Octavia 4x4 is almost classed as a different model here in Czecho. As such there is no option for leather seats. What is the situation with the specs in UK or elsewhere in Europe - is leather available? I've got so used to that light tan leather in my L&K - stlll keeps cool in the summer - that I'd like to stick with it.

Greetings from Prague

Patrick

BTW - I haven't visited this site for many months - it looks like an industry in itself now. Is it now a full time job for the moderators?

I would agree with you on the leather, weve got 2 Old shape Octys, a L&K like yours with the leather & a 4x4 with the cloth trim, The leather is definately a lot better, also the heated seats are a plus in winter

Jon (TaviaRS) has black leather in his (old) L&K SDi and very nice it (the leather) looks too.

so do you have an L&K or 4x4, or 4x4 with leather

In other countries the 4x4 in the old model was available with L&K spec I guess thats what hes got

Ive been told the new 4x4 will be available in the UK with a L&K spec when the new L&K is released later this year but that was rumour from a dealer so might not be true

Yes, I've got an L&K 4x4 with leather which I know wasn't available in the UK. I live in Prague but haven't heard anything about a new L&K. Good news though if it's true.
