Hello people,

Im growing increasingly frustrated at the in rush of air somewhere around the N/S rear door. It only happens when im driving above 40 mph and sounds like im driving with a window open. Ive taken it to my local Skoda dealer on 2 occasions but they have failed to identify the problem. If anyone else has had a similar problem to this and managed to get it sorted, then please tell me what the problem could be. Thanks for your time.

Welcome to Briskoda. I know that a number of Octavia II owners have complained of excessive wind noise from the rear door area. Try typing 'Octavia II rear door wind noise' into the Google custom search bar which is at the bottom of every page and you will find numerous threads about the problem and fix or fixes.
