Too true, 2 'mods' with brentacre 'panel filter, upgraded diverter valve' knocked about £800 off the policy lol

Flux did mine for £500 with mods whereas Directline, Admiral and some of the other mainstream ones either wouldn't touch it with mods or were going to charge £800+

The Felicia is on Flux as well and is unmodified and Flux charged me the same price as the Octy :( I stuck with Flux because I'd just renewed and didn't want the hassle of changing to another insurer and trying to reclaim the money from Flux, but I'll be renewing with a mainstream one this March.

It's horses for courses - it does seem like AF and Brentacre are better off for modified cars than standard ones though in my experience.
