I have a USED parking sensor kit which works off the reversing lights with the sensors on a number plate surround.

This was fitted as new on our old Picasso, removed when we sold it and won't be re-fitted to her Mini.

The unit comes with the numberplate surround, buzzer, wiring and control box ready for fitting. Unfortunately it doesn't have any instructions but I will endeavour to search for some on the internet.

It is very similar, if not the same, as these ones in Halfords LINK HERE

I will provide an actual picture when back at home tonight.
