how do u get the front towing eye out (and put back it) of the bumper hole?

Certainly on the front bumper you will notice a little dimple in the centre of the disc. If you press here the bottom will move into the bumper and the top portion will pop out. then you can just pull the disc out (i think it has a retaining wire attached) and screw in the towing eye. Haven't really looked at the rear but it will be something similar or there is a permanent towing eye attached to the chasis.
