I unlocked my car to find out the rear passenger door, pop up bolt was still recessed under the door trim and not opening the door at all. Is there something that could have come out of the pop up bolt to make it slip under the door trim.

Workings could be iced up - there's often a lot of water in the rear doors.

Can you open it with the inside handle?

You can't see the pop up bolt from above

Just looked and the cage it sits in is broke is there a place to get this part from
